Padma Wolff, Diplom-Psychologin, und Torsten Br\u00fcgge, Heilpraktiker und K\u00f6rpertherapeut, leben und arbeiten in Hamburg, wo sie INMEDITAS leiten. Seit den sp\u00e4ten 1990er-Jahren bieten sie Satsang, Retreats, Seminare und Einzelbegleitung an \u2013 an der Schnittstelle von Psychotherapie und Spiritualit\u00e4t.<\/p>

Ihr Weg wurde von Lehrern aus der Tradition Sri Ramana Maharshis gepr\u00e4gt. 1996\/97 begegneten sie in Indien Sri Poonjaji und waren sp\u00e4ter auch eng mit Gangaji und Eli Jaxon-Bear verbunden. 1998 ermutigte Gangaji Torsten, seine Erfahrung von Freiheit mit anderen zu teilen. Padma arbeitete zudem in der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und vertiefte sp\u00e4ter ihre Arbeit in Leela-Therapie, dem Enneagramm und hypnotherapeutischen Ans\u00e4tzen.<\/p>

2007 gr\u00fcndeten sie in Hamburg das Zentrum f\u00fcr Meditation und Selbsterforschung, gefolgt von der Bodhisattva School im Jahr 2010. Daraus entwickelte sich sp\u00e4ter INMEDITAS, wo sie bis heute ihren gemeinsamen Ansatz einer \u201eIntegralen tiefen Spiritualit\u00e4t\u201c anbieten, der spirituelles Erwachen und psychologische Reifung zusammenf\u00fchrt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
