Das bedeutet, dass wir erkennen, dass das Ego &#8211; der Film unseres Lebens &#8211; nicht das ist, was wir sind. Wenn das klar erkannt ist, \u00e4ndert sich alles grundlegend.<\/p><p>W\u00e4hrend wir in unserer Familie und der Gesellschaft aufwachsen, nehmen wir unweigerlich verschiedene Konditionierungen, programmierte Verhaltensweisen und Gewohnheiten an, die unser wahres Wesen, die Unschuld, in der wir als Kinder gelebt haben, verh\u00fcllen.<\/p><p>Wir f\u00fchlen uns unverbunden und suchen erneut nach dem Zustand, den wir einmal kannten. Auf dieser Suche m\u00fcssen wir uns anschauen, wie wir konditioniert sind und wie unsere Vorstellungen davon, was wir zu sein glauben, aus unserem Leben eine Art Film macht, mit dem wir uns in der Regel vollkommen identifizieren.<\/p><p>Vielleicht haben wir auch einige spirituelle Erfahrungen, Momente, in denen wir die Wahrheit erlebten.
