B.: Die Frage zeigt, dass die willk\u00fcrliche mentale Konzeptualisieren von ,Selbstrealisation‘ immer noch in deinem Kopf aktiv ist. An der Wurzel des Verstandes zu bleiben, sollte eine Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit sein; es muss der nat\u00fcrliche Zustand sein. Auf der anderen Seite versuchst du, es mit Absicht zu tun, damit du dadurch die Belohnung bekommst, die du „Selbstrealisation“ nennst. Kann das funktionieren? Nein.

Stille kann nicht mit dem Verstand erreicht werden. Wasser kann nicht zu trockenem Wasser gemacht werden. Verschwinde als Verstand\u00a0und die Stille allein wird \u00fcbrig bleiben. Die Leute wollen wissen, wie man das machen kann. Es kann nicht gemacht werden, weil Tun die Antithese davon ist. J. Krishnamurti hat gesagt: „Totales\u00a0Verneinen ist die Essenz des Positiven. “ Tu nichts mit dem Verstand. Das ist Verwirklichung.

Tun kann nicht zu Nicht-Tun f\u00fchren; das Nichterscheinen von\u00a0Tun wird als Nicht-Tun bezeichnet. Nicht-Tun ist keine exotische Variante des Tuns; es ist einfach nicht tun. Abstinenz oder Verzicht auf Gedanken ist kein positiver Akt. Es sollte daher weder Anstrengung noch Willen erfordern. Wenn es irgendeine Anstrengung oder Willen gibt, steckst du immer noch auf der Ebene des Tuns fest. Der \u00dcbergang von der Ebene des Tuns zum Nicht-Tun sollte ein nat\u00fcrlicher Zusammenbruch sein. Es ist sinnlos, wenn es erzwungen wird.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
