<\/em>B.: Suche das Selbst durch Meditation auf diese Weise: Verfolge jeden Gedanken<\/strong> zur\u00fcck zu seiner Quelle, der nur der Verstand ist. Erlaube niemals, dass<\/strong> die Gedanken davonlaufen. Denn, wenn du das tust, wird es nie enden. Bring sie zur\u00fcck zu ihrem<\/strong> Ursprung: <\/strong>die Essenz des Verstandes, das reine Bewusstsein, immer und immer wieder, und sowohl der Gedanke als auch der Denker werden schlie\u00dflich durch Unt\u00e4tigkeit sterben.<\/strong>
        Der Verstand existiert nur aufgrund des Denkens. H\u00f6r auf zu denken und es gibt keinen Verstand. Wenn ein Zweifel oder ein deprimierender Gedanke auftaucht, frage dich: „Wer ist es, der zweifelt? Was ist es, das deprimiert ist?“ Kehre immer wieder zu der Frage zur\u00fcck: „Wer oder was ist dieses Ding namens ‚Ich‘? Wo ist die Quelle des Geistes?‘ Rei\u00dfe alles heraus und wirf es immer wieder weg, bis nur noch die Quelle von allem \u00fcbrig ist. Und dann lebe immer in dieser Quelle und nur in ihr. Es gibt keine Vergangenheit oder Zukunft, au\u00dfer im Verstand. Nur die Gegenwart existiert. Ja, selbst die Gegenwart ist nur eine Vorstellung. Sie IST. Das ist alles. Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh.
