F.: Ein pulsierendes ‚Ich‘ \u2013’Ich‘, das in mir funkelt. Dies ist ein \u00e4u\u00dferst friedlicher Zustand, und ich w\u00fcnschte, ich k\u00f6nnte f\u00fcr immer in ihm verweilen. Leider h\u00e4lt diese Erfahrung nur wenige Sekunden an, bevor sie wieder\u00a0verschwindet. Kann ich bitte von Bhagavan den Grund daf\u00fcr erfahren?<\/i>
B.: Es bedeutet, dass die Tendenzen, die Extrovertiertheit verursachen, noch im Verstand schlummern. Es ist notwendig, unabl\u00e4ssig zu \u00fcben, den Verstand im Herzen versenkt zu halten, bis alle latenten Tendenzen spurlos\u00a0ausgel\u00f6scht sind.<\/b>


F.: Wie sollen wir den Verstand t\u00f6ten?<\/i>
B.: Ist es der Verstand, der den Verstand t\u00f6ten will? Der Verstand kann den Verstand nicht t\u00f6ten. Alles, was du versuchst, mit dem Verstand zu \u201etun“, wird die Vorstellung vom Verstand nur verst\u00e4rken und aufrechterhalten.\u00a0Anstatt sich sinnlos zu fragen: „Wie soll ich den Verstand ausl\u00f6schen?“, solltest du weiter nach dem Verstand suchen. Die unaufh\u00f6rliche Suche nach dem, was der Verstand ist, f\u00fchrt dazu, dass er verschwindet.
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Es gilt, die Objekte, die durch das reflektierte Licht des Verstandes erscheinen, v\u00f6llig zu ignorieren und stattdessen die Quelle der Erleuchtung des Verstandes zu suchen. Wenn die Quelle des Verstandes kontinuierlich gesucht\u00a0wird, beginnt er zu verschwinden.
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Der Sinn von Vichara ist es, kontinuierlich an dem Thema festzuhalten. Ganz gleich, welche Erfahrungen auftauchen, schenke ihnen keine Aufmerksamkeit und bleibe weiterhin auf das Thema konzentriert. Das Thema\u00a0ist deine Vorstellung vom „Ich“.
