A Glimpse of Truth<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A glimpse is indescribably beautiful. It is the best moment of your life. Even so, there is often fear and the fear closes down the glimpse. In the beginning it will just be a glimpse, a flash where the clouds (the structures of the mind) in the blue sky part, and you get a glimpse of the blueness. You feel this very deeply. It is very beautiful but it is not something you can do, it just happens. In that instance the whole sense of self disappears.
    This is what is really important. The sense of self \u2013 this \u2018me\u2019 that we are so attached to \u2013 disappears. It is a completely shocking moment. 
<\/span>   It is tremendously life-changing because once this small moment has happened then you know something that you didn\u2019t know before. You know yourself in a new way, but then the Self we\u2019re talking about is no longer this rather small illusionary self. It is suddenly another Self, the Self, the authentic Self, vast, a feeling of oneness, tremendous love, tremendous connectedness.
   After a few seconds the normal self, normal \u2018me\u2019, usually comes back very quickly because the glimpse in that moment is frightening, shocking, completely unexpected, magnificent.
    It`s extremely simple and you don\u2019t have to do anything. It\u2019s a given. Almost everyone who has some kind of glimpse is surprised because they thought they would have to do something: \u2018Oh, it just happened.\u2019 You don’t have to do anything to be who you are.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Un Destello de la Verdad<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Este destello es indescriptiblemente hermoso. Es el mejor momento de tu vida. Aun as\u00ed, a menudo hay miedo y el miedo cierra la visi\u00f3n. Al principio ser\u00e1 solo un atisbo, un destello donde las nubes (las estructuras de la mente) en el cielo azul se separan, y se vislumbra el azul. Sientes esto muy profundamente. Es muy hermoso pero no es algo que puedas hacer, simplemente sucede. En ese caso, todo el sentido del “yo” desaparece.<\/p>\n

Eso es lo realmente importante. El sentido del yo, este “yo” al que estamos tan apegados, desaparece. Es un momento completamente impactante. <\/span><\/p>\n

Es tremendamente transformador porque una vez que ha sucedido este peque\u00f1o momento, sabes algo que no sab\u00edas antes. Te conoces a ti mismo de una manera nueva, pero entonces el Yo del que estamos hablando ya no es este peque\u00f1o yo ilusorio. De repente es otro Ser, el Ser, el Ser aut\u00e9ntico, vasto, un sentimiento de unidad, tremendo amor, tremenda conexi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de unos segundos, el “ser” normal, el “yo” normal, por lo general regresa muy r\u00e1pido porque el vislumbre en ese momento es aterrador, impactante, completamente inesperado, magn\u00edfico.<\/p>\n

Es extremadamente simple y no tienes que hacer nada. Esto es dado. Casi todos los que tienen alg\u00fan tipo de vislumbre se sorprenden porque pensaron que tendr\u00edan que hacer algo: “Oh, simplemente sucedi\u00f3”. No tienes que hacer nada para ser quien eres.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Despertar<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

El despertar es un momento en el que salimos de nuestra vida normal basada en el ego, donde todo soy yo, yo, yo, y de repente algo sucede energ\u00e9ticamente, y hay una tremenda expansi\u00f3n interior. Por lo general, parece que la primera vez es particularmente fuerte porque est\u00e1s pasando de un ego fuerte, atado, a una liberaci\u00f3n repentina.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cuando ocurre un despertar se quita la tapa de la olla a presi\u00f3n y muy a menudo esto sucede de manera explosiva, porque la realizaci\u00f3n suele ocurrir muy repentinamente. La tapa se rompe y se libera una enorme cantidad de energ\u00eda. Tambi\u00e9n puede suceder con el tiempo, de forma imperceptible, entonces es bastante com\u00fan que el cuerpo f\u00edsico no funcione durante alg\u00fan tiempo, tal vez unas horas o unos d\u00edas. <\/p>\n

Entonces, lo sorprendente es que puedes funcionar extremadamente bien despu\u00e9s, incluso mejor que antes porque no existe el filtro constante y la est\u00e1tica de la mente. <\/p>\n

Se necesita algo de tiempo para comprender esto y cuando lo hace, simplemente sucede. No hay f\u00f3rmula, no hay pr\u00e1ctica. Conozco a mucha gente que ha tenido esa oportunidad, aunque solo sea por un breve momento. <\/p>\n

Eso es lo realmente importante. El sentido del yo, este “yo” al que estamos tan apegados, desaparece. Es un momento completamente impactante.
