La meditaci\u00f3n y el Satsang nos abren el camino para sumergirnos en la dimensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda de la vida y reconectar con nuestro silencio, paz y amor inherentes.
Cuando la mente se aquieta, experimentamos una profunda sensaci\u00f3n de satisfacci\u00f3n y alimento en la que nuestro coraz\u00f3n puede abrirse. Podemos ver lo que nos impide aceptar el momento y d\u00f3nde damos poder a nuestro Ego en lugar de permitir lo que est\u00e1 m\u00e1s all\u00e1.
Durante 17 a\u00f1os el enfoque de la Comunidad de Open Sky House es vivir cada momento de nuestra vida en la energ\u00eda de la Meditaci\u00f3n y el Satsang. En este fin de semana, los miembros de la Comunidad te presentar\u00e1n una variedad de pr\u00e1cticas de meditaci\u00f3n quieta y activa.
