Es muy hermoso darse cuenta de que ya est\u00e1s completo, que ya lo tienes todo y que no hay nada m\u00e1s que obtener del exterior. De hecho, lo \u00fanico que puede conseguirse de fuera es no mirar tanto hacia all\u00ed sino mirar m\u00e1s hacia dentro.<\/p>\n<p>Tan pronto como empiezas a mirar hacia el interior, descubres que ya lo tienes todo. Es muy sencillo, \u00a1aunque a m\u00ed me ha costado cincuenta a\u00f1os averiguarlo! Durante mucho tiempo, como todos los dem\u00e1s, realic\u00e9 todo tipo de pr\u00e1cticas creyendo que si me convert\u00eda en un buen meditador me pasar\u00edan cosas maravillosas. As\u00ed que esto que te estoy diciendo resulta verdaderamente liberador porque durante este retiro puedes llegar a aceptar qui\u00e9n eres y c\u00f3mo eres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para entrar en contacto con lo que eres, simplemente permanece en calma. Todo lo que pueda yo decir en las pr\u00f3ximas tres semanas, es solo una excusa para mantenerte aqu\u00ed y que puedas permanecer en el silencio. De eso es de lo que trata un retiro, es una excusa para silenciarte el tiempo suficiente y que puedas darte cuenta de qui\u00e9n eres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Desafortunadamente, en nuestra vida diaria estamos tan ocupados y tan orientados hacia el exterior, que nunca tenemos tiempo para encontrarnos con nuestra propia esencia. Esta no es una ense\u00f1anza muy \u00fatil cuando tienes mucha energ\u00eda y muchas ganas de hacer cosas y, para ello, existen todo tipo de pr\u00e1cticas espirituales que puedes hacer hasta que empieces a regresar casa. Quiz\u00e1s mejoren tu calidad de vida de alguna manera, pero no te van a traer algo que ya tienes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Papaji fue mi maestro. Una vez, alguien que se volv\u00eda a su pa\u00eds le dijo: \u00abBueno, me voy en unos d\u00edas y mis amigos de M\u00fanich me preguntar\u00e1n cu\u00e1l es tu ense\u00f1anza. Llevo aqu\u00ed tres meses y no s\u00e9 qu\u00e9 decir\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Papaji contest\u00f3 que su ense\u00f1anza es \u00abPermanece en silencio\u00bb. Y cuando permaneces en silencio, lo descubres todo. Es muy hermoso descubrir las profundidades de lo que eres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mientras continuas en la energ\u00eda mental, mientras sigues hablando mucho, relacion\u00e1ndote mucho, mientras te mantienes ocupado pensando, toda tu energ\u00eda reside en la cabeza.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Si quieres conocer qui\u00e9n eres realmente, algo tiene que abrirse camino hacia tu interior. Solo d\u00e9jate caer hacia dentro y cosas incre\u00edbles suceder\u00e1n espont\u00e1neamente. Es muy sencillo pero no es f\u00e1cil llevarlo a cabo porque tenemos estos patrones de comportamiento ininterrumpidos.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Tenemos que relajar este poder; tenemos que permitir que la mente se aquiete, lo que es un poco diferente del silencio. El silencio en una biblioteca significa no hablar.&nbsp;<\/p><p>La calma es algo m\u00e1s que no hablar. Es un espacio donde no hay movimiento, un punto quieto dentro de ti donde nada se mueve.
