La mente es una cosa enga\u00f1osa; puede hacerte creer, incluso cuando es una mentira, que no es una mentira.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Por eso digo que te olvides de todo lo que la mente te dice, porque es enga\u00f1osa. Sea lo que sea lo que aparezca, la mente parece real en el momento, pero es ilusoria; cuando empezamos a ver a trav\u00e9s de ella, no tiene ninguna solidez en absoluto. Pero en ese momento, cuando no hemos visto a trav\u00e9s de la mente, puede parecer bastante s\u00f3lida.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 La libertad es tu naturaleza cuando tienes esa convicci\u00f3n absolutamente, incluso si todav\u00eda te quedas atrapado a veces. Pero entonces la mente ya no te va a molestar tanto. La mente es una mentira, no hay casi nada en ella que valga la pena creer, a menos que tenga que ver con tu trabajo o con algo pr\u00e1ctico como eso.
