Es simplemente consciencia. La consciencia pura se manifiesta cuando lo personal desaparece. Es la ausencia del sujeto. Al profundizar en uno mismo se llega a la consciencia pura, tambi\u00e9n llamado el Ser.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Antes de llegar a este puro Ser, se experimenta la consciencia. En esta experiencia, yo soy consciente. Por ejemplo, soy consciente de que es de noche y afuera est\u00e1 oscuro, soy consciente del mundo, etc. Esta consciencia no es como la concentraci\u00f3n. No afecta a lo que se est\u00e1 observando. Hay un yo que observa algo, que es consciente de algo. Tambi\u00e9n este yo es consciente del mundo interior: sentimientos, pensamientos, sensaciones corporales. Esta consciencia nos lleva a nuestro propio Ser.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 De esta manera, usamos la mente para convertirnos en testigos de nuestro mundo interno y del externo. Inicialmente, hay un \u201calguien\u201d que es el testigo pero, en el momento de la realizaci\u00f3n del Ser, la conexi\u00f3n con lo personal se desvanece y solo queda consciencia pura o presencia pura. Hay una fusi\u00f3n de lo que se observa con el que observa. A esta unificaci\u00f3n la llamamos realizaci\u00f3n del Ser.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No es tan f\u00e1cil permanecer consciente de uno mismo, estar presente y solo t\u00fa puedes saber cu\u00e1l es tu ritmo. Casi seguro que al principio tendr\u00e1s que moverte lentamente. Recuerdo una de las muchas historias de Osho. Cuando era estudiante universitario sol\u00eda caminar con zapatos de madera y en los suelos de piedra estos zapatos resonaban con fuerza, \u201ctap tap tap\u201d, y probablemente volv\u00eda loco a todo el mundo; pero, lo hac\u00eda conscientemente, eligi\u00f3 hacerlo as\u00ed porque utilizaba el sonido de los zapatos para permanecer consciente. No quer\u00eda actuar de manera rob\u00f3tica, inconsciente.
