P.: El yo-yo palpitante centellea dentro de m\u00ed. Es un estado de intensa paz y desear\u00eda poder permanecer en \u00e9l para siempre. Desgraciadamente, la experiencia solo dura unos segundos antes de desvanecerse. \u00bfPuede Bhagav\u00e2n decirme la raz\u00f3n?<\/em><\/p>\n

B.: Significa que las tendencias que causan la extroversi\u00f3n est\u00e1n todav\u00eda latentes dentro de la mente. Es necesario seguir practicando sin cesar manteniendo la mente sumergida en el Coraz\u00f3n hasta que todas las tendencias latentes sean borradas sin dejar rastro.<\/strong><\/p>\n

P.: \u00bfC\u00f3mo destruir la mente?<\/em><\/p>\n

B.: \u00bfEs la mente la que quiere destruir a la mente? La mente no puede destruir a la mente. Cualquier cosa que intentes \u00abhacer\u00bb con la mente solo reforzar\u00e1 y perpetuar\u00e1 la noci\u00f3n de mente. En lugar de preguntarse in\u00fatilmente: \u00ab\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo erradicar la mente?\u00bb, sigue buscando la mente. La b\u00fasqueda incesante de lo que es la mente tiene como resultado su desaparici\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lo que hay que hacer es ignorar completamente los objetos que aparecen por la luz reflejada de la mente y, en su lugar, buscar la fuente de la iluminaci\u00f3n de la mente. Si se busca continuamente la fuente de la mente, esta empieza a remitir. <\/strong><\/p>\n

El objetivo de vichara es mantenerse continuamente en el sujeto. No importa cu\u00e1les sean las experiencias que se presenten, no prestes atenci\u00f3n y sigue concentrado en el sujeto. El sujeto es tu noci\u00f3n de \u00abyo\u00bb. Sigue examinando esta noci\u00f3n hasta que desaparezca.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
