Michael m\u2019\u00e9tait connu sous le nom de Somendra dans l\u2019ashram d\u2019Osho \u00e0 Pune dans les ann\u00e9es 1970. Nous nous sommes connect\u00e9s r\u00e9cemment par l’interm\u00e9diaire de deux de ses \u00e9tudiants. Alors que je traversais l’Allemagne, je l’ai appel\u00e9 depuis ma voiture pour lui proposer un entretien. Il a r\u00e9pondu imm\u00e9diatement : \u00ab D’accord, viens maintenant. \u00bb Apr\u00e8s un charmant dialogue et un d\u00eener, il a spontan\u00e9ment h\u00e9berg\u00e9 mon \u00e9quipe pour la nuit. Depuis, nous nous sommes rencontr\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs reprises dans un bassin d’amour.<\/p>

Je viens de d\u00e9couvrir que Michael a d\u00e9sormais presque quatre-vingt-dix ans. Nous nous sentons profond\u00e9ment honor\u00e9s de l\u2019avoir parmi nous. Et comme il est anglais, c\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement agr\u00e9able pour moi, car je ne rencontre plus beaucoup d\u2019Anglais.<\/p>

En tant que jeune chercheur, j\u2019ai rencontr\u00e9 Michael \u2013 alors connu sous le nom de \u00ab Somendra \u00bb \u2013 \u00e0 l\u2019ashram d\u2019Osho. Il avait la r\u00e9putation de faire un travail \u00e9nergique et fascinant avec les gens, et aussi de provoquer m\u00eame Osho. En raison de sa r\u00e9putation, je le consid\u00e9rais comme un homme plus \u00e2g\u00e9 et sage.<\/p>

Il y a douze ans, alors que je produisais le livre et le film \u00ab Facettes de l’\u00e9veil \u2013 Ma\u00eetres europ\u00e9ens \u00bb, je lui ai rendu visite chez lui pr\u00e8s de Fribourg. Et maintenant, plusieurs ann\u00e9es plus tard, nous nous retrouvons ici alors que je travaille sur mon nouveau projet, “Meetings with Remarkable People”.<\/p>
