J\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que j\u2019avais longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 dans le dilemme d\u2019avoir l\u2019air d\u2019\u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0au-dedans\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0au-dehors\u00a0\u00bb du Soi. Papaji disait souvent que le souvenir des exp\u00e9riences spirituelles n\u2019\u00e9tait autre qu\u2019un souvenir, que le pass\u00e9.<\/p><p>J\u2019\u00e9tais assis dans la for\u00eat et je me suis aper\u00e7u que l\u2019esprit voulait revenir. Un sentiment de s\u00e9paration s\u2019\u00e9tait install\u00e9 en moi. Je cherchais encore une fois des souvenirs d\u2019exp\u00e9riences du Soi. Puis cela m\u2019a frapp\u00e9, r\u00e9ellement frapp\u00e9\u00a0: tous ces souvenirs \u00e9taient totalement inutiles.<\/p><p>J\u2019ai alors compris ce qu&rsquo;est la libert\u00e9 de s&rsquo;\u00e9tablir dans le non-savoir, la sagesse de Socrate. Toute cette histoire peut \u00eatre oubli\u00e9e et c\u2019est totalement correct. Une pens\u00e9e de s\u00e9paration n&rsquo;est juste que cela, une pens\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Je pense maintenant que c\u2019est la vraie compr\u00e9hension\u00a0: la V\u00e9rit\u00e9 est toujours avec nous. Ce n\u2019est pas une question de sentiment \u00e9lev\u00e9 ou d\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit.
