Questo significa che vediamo che l&#8217;ego, il film della nostra vita, non \u00e8 quello che siamo. Quando questo viene visto chiaramente, tutto cambia profondamente.<\/p><p>Man mano che cresciamo nella nostra famiglia e nella societ\u00e0, inevitabilmente assumiamo vari condizionamenti, modi di comportamento programmati e abitudini che coprono il nostro vero Essere, l&#8217;innocenza che abbiamo vissuto da bambini.<\/p><p>Ci sentiamo disconnessi e cominciamo a cercare di nuovo quello spazio che una volta conoscevamo. Nella ricerca, dobbiamo vedere come siamo condizionati e come le nostre idee su chi pensiamo di essere creino una specie di film della nostra vita, un film con cui di solito siamo totalmente identificati.<\/p><p>Magari abbiamo alcune esperienze spirituali, che sono in realt\u00e0 momenti di essere con ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 Vero.
