Ma continuavo a tornare alla mia mente e a crederle e a sentirmi invischiato. La mente \u00e8 una cosa complicata, pu\u00f2 farti credere, anche quando \u00e8 una bugia, pu\u00f2 farti credere che non \u00e8 una bugia.<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Ecco perch\u00e9 dico di dimenticare tutto quello che la mente vi dice, perch\u00e9 \u00e8 una cosa ingannevole, la mente. Qualunque cosa sia, la mente sembra reale al momento; quando \u00e8 ingannevole, e quando cominciamo a vedere attraverso di essa, non ha alcuna solidit\u00e0. Ma al momento pu\u00f2 sembrare abbastanza solida, quando non abbiamo visto attraverso la mente.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 La libert\u00e0 \u00e8 la tua natura, quando hai questa convinzione completamente, anche se sei ancora invischiato. Allora la tua mente non ti disturber\u00e0 pi\u00f9 di tanto.
