Collecting different spiritual information is likely to confuse you.
We might have the idea that we can do it ourselves, just by reading and watching videos.

But who is gonna tell us when we are on the wrong track?
Therefore you need to find a teacher and work deeply with that one teacher.

And if you want to truly come to peace, that teacher will first disturb you and help you remove the wrong ideas.
