You need: 1. A Computer or Mobile Phone with the Zoom App or Software installed: zoom.us/download
2. Functioning Webcam (mobile phone has inbuilt front camera so no need for anything external)
3. Sufficient Lighting in your room so that you are visible, it's nicer if we can all see each other.
Doors open at 19:45 with Mantra Music. John David will start the meeting at around 8pm
