Krishna Das

John David interviews Krishna Das

It feels like it’s all happened already. Very sweet. I’m sitting with Krishna Das outside Amsterdam, in a small hotel. We’ve met now for twenty or thirty minutes, and it feels like weve always known each other. This is a very beautiful flow for me. He has spent many years with Neem Karoli Baba and I met him many years ago at Tiwaris house in Lucknow, India. In the last years he has become known worldwide for his chanting of mantra (sacred sounds). He is certainly Remarkable as his concerts create such a devotional energy.
Interview from 2010.

Chanting is a way of getting in touch with yourself. It's an opening of the heart and letting go of the mind and thoughts. It deepens the channel of grace, and it's a way of being present in the moment.
